Apartment Koulova St. – 1 bedroom

This cozy one-bedroom apartment overlooking a quiet courtyard is an example of our work focused on creating thoughtfully designed and aesthetically distinctive living spaces. Located in the highly sought-after Prague 6 – Dejvice district, on Koulova Street, the apartment underwent a complete renovation that we carefully carried out from the ground up, including the final design details.

The apartment, with a floor area of 42.5 m², is situated on the 3rd floor of a residential building with an elevator. Originally in very poor condition, it now offers a modern and airy interior where functionality meets timeless style. As part of the renovation, we optimized the layout to meet contemporary living standards. The bathroom was combined with the toilet, creating enough space for an enlarged walk-in shower, a built-in cabinet concealing the new gas boiler, and practical storage solutions.

Both the bathroom and kitchen were designed with attention to practical details and finished using high-quality materials. Italian tiles and wall coverings give the bathroom a distinctive appearance, while the custom-made kitchen is equipped with Gorenje appliances and a premium Alveus sink. The kitchen area meets high standards of both aesthetics and functionality and is ready for immediate use.

The project also included the installation of built-in furniture, carefully designed to maximize storage space. The apartment therefore features a practical wardrobe in the entrance hall, an open wardrobe area in the bedroom, and several additional storage solutions in the bathroom. For comfortable living, we installed Parador laminate flooring in a natural oak finish, new triple-glazed plastic windows for improved thermal and sound insulation, modern interior doors, and completely new electrical, water, and gas systems, including a new gas boiler.

This project demonstrates our ability to transform an existing space into modern and stylish living that meets the demands of contemporary urban life. In all our projects, we place strong emphasis on detail and quality, ensuring not only an aesthetic experience but also long-term functionality.
