Information about customers is stored in accordance with applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended. All data obtained from customers are used by Keller´s real estate agency exclusively for the company´s internal use and are not provided to third parties. Without customer´s express consent, Keller´s real estate agency handles their personal data only and exclusively to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act, primarily in §5 par. 2 letter b) and § 5 par. 6.
By sending the form or contacting the agency, I give my consent to Keller´s real estate agency pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection as amended, to process and store my personal data, whereas I agree with processing the personal data I provided to the agency in order to respond to my prior contact, to prepare a business offer, and to contact me subsequently.
Herewith I am granting my consent to Keller´s real estate agency, Pod Harfou 933/64, 190 00 Praha 9, company ID: 665 704 84, VAT-No.: CZ7153279925, to the employees of this company or recommended contractors of Keller´s real estate agency who are cooperating with the company in order to meet the requirements being the reason of my contacting the agency. E.g. a photographer to take photos of the offered property, a cameraman to film a promo video of the offered property, a surveyor to estimate the value of the property, an accountant to prepare a tax return for property acquisition tax or real estate tax, and possibly other contractors whose services I am interested to use.

Negotiating and performance of contract with the Client
If you are a Client of the Real Estate Broker whom the Broker provides a brokerage services based on a Brokerage Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Client”):
For the purpose of negotiation and performance of a Brokerage Contract between the Real Estate Broker and the Client, and /or for the purpose of the s.c. reservation contract where the parties to the Contract are the Client and the Broker, the data processed by the Real Estate Broker are the essential identification and contact data of the Client or a person acting on behalf of the Client (name, family name, date of birth, address, or possibly company ID number, registered office, phone number, e-mail, bank details), and data given in the Brokerage Contract or data needed for its performance.
The legal basis for personal data processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR – processing necessary for performance of a contract with the Client, in order to take steps at the request of Client prior to entering into a Contract.
Processing of this data is necessary for the conclusion and proper performance of the real estate Brokerage Contract, without providing them the Real Estate Broker cannot conclude the real estate Brokerage Contract, or conclude a reservation contract and/or properly provide his or her services.
Personal data being processed for the purpose of performance of a Contract with the Client are processed by the Real Estate Broker for the duration of the given contract.
Personal data of interested applicants that will be provided to the Client are processed by the Real Estate Broker only for the period necessary for this purpose, however no longer than for a period of 1 year (unless otherwise stated below).

Sending commercial information
Real Estate Brokers may send commercial communications to their Clients under conditions stipulated by Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, and for this purpose, they may process phone numbers and e-mail addresses, even without their express consent. The Client may any time express his or her disapproval with processing his personal data in this way. The Real Estate Broker may also adapt the commercial communication to the Client’s interests, whereby for this purpose, the Client may be profiled based on information concerning his preferences and the previous course of the contractual relationship with the Real Estate Broker.

In the case of persons who are not Clients of the Real Estate Broker, the Broker may use their personal data for marketing purposes – sending commercial communications – only with their prior consent. As with personal data processing for the purpose of sending commercial communications, processing of your personal data serves for direct marketing, you may OBJECT to such data processing anytime. Then your personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing.
