EXCLUSIVELY: Building plot for sale

We offer for sale a building plot of 800 sqm in a green location in Prague–West, Úholičky.

The village of Úholičky is situated between the better-known municipalities of Roztoky and Velké Přílepy. The plot is sloping with a gentle gradient of 3–7°, which will provide the house with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding area. Water supply and municipal sewerage are connected at the edge of the plot. Currently, the relocation of the water and sewer pipelines in the final section between the connection point and the manhole is being arranged in accordance with current legal standards. Electricity has not yet been brought to the plot, but the removal of obstacles for laying the cables is actively underway.
It is possible to build a house with a maximum built-up area of 20%. There are no strict requirements for the roof design, but the distinctive character of the roofscape is given by pitched gable or half-hipped roofs. The building may have 2 above-ground floors with an attic or 3 above-ground floors. A new paved access road has already been built to the plots.
