For rent: parking space

We offer for rent a parking space in the underground garage of the Rezidence Park Baarova project, in Prague 4 – Michle.

The place is located on the 2nd underground floor in part of the building B. Thanks to the spacious entrances through the chip or card garage doors and the high ceilings, the entrance is convenient even for large SUVs and the like.

The garages are secured by a camera system and the building is under surveillance 24/7. There is a reception in the building, at night hours there is a security service.
